Its innovative design using Epicors Rest API connectivity ensure fast and responsive information exchange between the device and the ERP system.

How does it work?

Once the delivery driver scans the delivery note, the app will record the date and time of the delivery, location, name, and signature of the recipient, photos can also be taken if required. This information is stored against the Pack ID and a flag will be set to show the delivery is complete.

If no one is available to take delivery, the courier can either cancel the delivery or decide to leave it in an acceptable location. If they choose to leave it, they will be required to take a photo and enter a location description as proof of delivery.
