Procurement Dashboard

GHA’s Procurement Dashboard provides users with a comprehensive amount of data required to make informed decisions regarding the purchasing requirements for parts or jobs.

For an individual part number and quantity, the screen displays the exploded BOM and the required quantity for each purchased part, along with the total cost to purchase these parts.

It shows the quantity on hand, in inspection, reserved, allocated and in an unshipped customer shipment. The dashboard also gives you the snapshot of “capable to produce at this point” and if required, the reserved, allocated and unshipped quantity can be included in this calculation.

For each purchased part, the display shows any parts on order, the PO order number and due date.

Due dates calculated from the lead times are displayed in a data grid allowing the user to adjust the required quantity, due date and price, as required.

This gives the user the capability to generate purchase orders for all parts or select a subset of the parts for purchasing. From the Bill of Materials display on the dashboard, the user has the capability to see all component parts that are required for a job. By entering a job number all the parts required are displayed along with available quantities.

The user will then have the capability to raise purchase orders for these job specific materials from the dashboard.
