GHA’s Copy user functionality simplifies the onboarding process for new hires.

A simple interface allows for a new user to be created with all security options of an existing user, it also includes any menu item specific security settings.

Once saved all of the User Settings, Security Groups and even individual Menu Security is copied across.

Also available is the option to copy/change the security settings of an existing user, ideal when users change roles in the organisation.
